Suggested Use:
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:
Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush.
Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing.
Children under 12 years of age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

Pakai ubat gigi ni best la . Segar je bila lepas gosok gigi… Tp smpai skrg gigi x putih pun . Ke memang gigi saya jenis kuning x bole putih dh?

So far after almost 2 weeks saya pakai ubat gigi dentis2u, perubahan yang saya alami adalah pada nafas. To be honest saya rasa nafas saya rasa segar after bangun tidur. Kalau dulu rasa lepas bangun tidur nafas macam tak sedap sangat tapi sekarang okey. Bau mulut pon takde, rasa fresh je selalu. Tapi kalau bab whitening and shining tu saya tak nampak perubahan lagi even dah 2 weeks saya pakai??hari2 tengok gigi dekat cermin rasa macam sama je, tak putih pon. Saya tak tau mana silap. Saya pakai 2 kali sehari, pagi dan malam. And lagi satu, saya rasa boleh improve kan lagi kot penutup tube tu. Sebab susah jugak kadang2 nak buka ubat gigi tu lagi2 kalau kuku pendek sebab ketat sangat. Maybe boleh try guna penutup yg pusing/roll. Itu sahaja rasanya feedback jujur dan ikhlas saya????
