Any breach of security or unauthorized uses of your account, please notify us immediately. To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by bank acceptable to us.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, and any other methods which may be clearly stated on our site from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have specifically authorized by the owner to use it.
We will take reasonable care to make our site secure. All online banking transactions on this site are processed using ToyyibPay & Billplz, which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.
In addition, we will take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we shall not be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any date you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
Delivery
Kindly take note that our shipping days are on Monday, Wednesday, Friday excluding public holidays. We will process and send out all orders within 1 – 5 working days after payment is received. Estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is sent out. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Retun & Exchange
All items sold cannot be returned in currency but can be exchanged for items of the same value. This refund and exchange policy is effective for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we will not offer a product exchange to you.
Only items purchased at the original price and not the sale price or promotion are eligible to apply for exchange of items and it depends on the availability of stock in our hq
To qualify you to apply for an item exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We also reserve the right to request that you return the damaged items to the address No.23-1 Jalan TU41 Taman Tasik Utama, Ayer Keroh 75450 Melaka (Hq Dentis2u) for inspection purposes.
The inspection process of goods requested for exchange takes 7 days from the date we receive the goods shipped.
If you are eligible to receive an exchange, re -shipment of the exchanged items will be sent to the same address as the original purchase address.
Return costs and re -shipment costs to be borne by you.
